Industry Leading 60 Day Return Policy

All like-new (uninstalled in original packaging) merchandise may be returned for a full store credit or refund to original form of payment less shipping and handling within 60 days of pickup or delivery. All returns must be in as-new condition, properly packaged in original packaging with all parts and manuals also properly packaged. Defective & Damaged Items

Damaged items will be replaced at no charge upon proper notification within 60 days of receipt of items. Please inspect all products within 24 hours, if any items are damaged or missing parts please visit our Parts Request Form. The manufacturer will send replacement parts directly to you or we will arrange for an in store exchange if necessary. *Please note we may request you to send us a picture of the damaged / defective item.

Items NOT Eligible For Returns

Recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, track lighting and landscape lighting including all components or accessories are all NOT eligible for return or exchange.
